| Nissan Trading established an office in Detroit in 1978 to serve as an overseas operation, and in 1984, became an independent company, Nissan Trading Corp., U.S.A. is headquartered outside of Nashville TN. We operate branches in Canton MS as well as the original branch outside of Detroit, MI. We trade in automobiles, automotive components, materials and machinery, as well as providing warehousing and distribution services. |

| NITCO Americas, is involved in a diverse range of activities in North America. These include supporting the development of Japanese automotive component makers' North American production bases, and the joint management of these operations. The company also exports and imports components from Japan, in addition to expanding its business with suppliers in Mexico NITCO supplies the Big Three U.S. automakers with components and materials. NITCO-USA, will continue to initiate management activities geared toward enhancing its global operations.
